BEL Recruitment 2025: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a prestigious Government of India enterprise under the Ministry of Defence, has officially released the BEL Apprentice Recruitment 2025 notification for its Ghaziabad unit. This recruitment drive aims to engage Graduate and Diploma Apprentices for the 2025–26 training session, offering an excellent opportunity for young engineering graduates and diploma holders to gain hands-on industry experience.
A total of 174 apprentice vacancies have been announced, out of which 84 posts are reserved for Graduate Apprentices and 90 posts for Diploma Apprentices across multiple engineering disciplines. Educational Qualification Required
Candidates applying for Graduate Apprentice posts must possess a BE/B.Tech degree in the relevant engineering discipline such as Mechanical, Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, or Civil Engineering. The degree should be obtained from an AICTE-approved institute or a university recognized by the Government of India.
For Diploma Apprentice posts, applicants must hold a Diploma in Engineering in the respective branch from a recognized institution.
📌 Important Note: BEL Recruitment 2025
In both cases, the degree or diploma must have been completed on or after 31 December 2022. Candidates who completed their qualification before this date will not be considered eligible.
Age Limit and Relaxation
- Maximum age limit for Diploma Apprentice: 21 years
Age relaxation will be provided as per Government of India rules:
- SC/ST/PwD candidates: 5 years
- OBC candidates: 3 years
- Persons with Disabilities (PwD): Additional 10 years
Selection Process for BEL Apprentice 2025
The selection process differs for Graduate and Diploma Apprentice candidates:
Graduate Apprentice Selection
Selection for Graduate Apprentice posts will be conducted through a Walk-in Interview scheduled at BEL Ghaziabad on January 16 and 17, 2026. During the interview, candidates will be evaluated on:
- Technical knowledge related to their engineering discipline
- Communication skills
- Behavioral and professional aptitude
Diploma Apprentice Selection
Candidates applying for Diploma Apprentice posts will be selected based on their performance in a Written Examination, which is expected to be held in the fourth week of January 2026 at BEL Ghaziabad. The written test will assess:
