The Indian Air Force (IAF) has released the official notification for Agniveer Vayu Intake 01/2027 Recruitment 2026 on its official website.Indian Air Force Agniveer Vayu Candidates who wish to join the Indian Air Force under the Agnipath Scheme can apply online from 12 January 2026 to 01 February 2026.
The minimum age required is 17.5 years and the maximum age is 21 years, as per Indian Air Force Agniveer Vayu rules. Candidates are advised to read the complete notification carefully before applying.

Indian Air Force Agniveer Vayu Intake 01/2027 – Eligibility Criteria
For Science Subjects
Candidates must fulfill any one of the following:
- Passed 10+2 (Intermediate) with Mathematics, Physics, and English, securing minimum 50% marks overall and 50% marks in English, OR
- Passed a 3-year Engineering Diploma in relevant disciplines with 50% aggregate marks and 50% in English, OR
- Passed a 2-year vocational course with Physics and Mathematics (non-vocational subjects) from a recognized board with 50% aggregate marks and 50% in English.
For Other Than Science Subjects
- Passed 10+2 (Intermediate) with minimum 50% aggregate marks and 50% marks in English, OR
- Passed a 2-year vocational course with 50% aggregate marks and 50% marks in English.

- Male: 1.6 km in 7 minutes
- Female: 1.6 km in 8 minutes

- Male: 10 push-ups in 1 minute
- Sit-ups:
- Male: 10 sit-ups in 1 minute
- Female: 10 sit-ups in 1.30 minutes
- Squats:
- Male: 20 squats in 1 minute
- Female: 15 squats in 1 minute
