SSC CHSL 2025 2025: Tier-1 Result Declared, Check Category-Wise Cutoff

The SSC CHSL Result 2025 for Tier-1 has been officially declared by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC). A total of 39,901 candidates have qualified for the next stage, the Tier-2 examination. Along with the results, the SSC has also released the post-wise and category-wise cutoff marks, helping candidates understand the minimum scores required to progress further in the recruitment process.

SSC CHSL 2025 Tier-1 Result Overview

The Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) Tier-1 examination 2025 was conducted in computer-based mode (CBT) across India from November 12 to November 30, 2025. Candidates who appeared in the exam can now check their results on the official SSC website. The results include detailed information about cutoff marks for each category and each post.

Since the exam was held in multiple shifts, SSC has normalized the marks to ensure fairness. The candidates have been shortlisted for Tier-2 based on these normalized scores.

Minimum Qualifying Marks for Tier-1

According to the official notification, candidates were required to secure the following minimum marks to qualify for Tier-2:

  • General (UR) – 30%
  • OBC/EWS – 25%
  • SC/ST and other categories – 20%

The SSC CHSL Result shows that candidates have been selected for various posts, including LDC/JSA/Clerk-cum-Typist, Data Entry Operator (DEO – Science Stream), and Data Entry Operator (DEO – Other Stream). The category-wise cutoff marks are as follows:

Candidates Whose Results Are Not Released

The SSC has stated that the results of 12 candidates have not been released. Out of these, 2 candidates were debarred or had their candidacy cancelled, while 10 candidates’ results were withheld due to court cases or other reasons. Despite this, these candidates have been provisionally allowed to appear in Tier-2.

The evaluation has been based on the final Tier-1 answer key, and the SSC will soon release detailed marks and answer keys for both qualified and disqualified candidates on the official website.

What’s Next After SSC CHSL 2025 Tier-1 Result?

Candidates who have qualified in Tier-1 are required to appear for the Tier-2 examination, which is the next stage of the SSC CHSL recruitment process. The Tier-2 exam schedule will be announced shortly on the SSC website. Candidates are advised to regularly check the SSC portal for updates regarding exam dates, admit cards, and other important notifications.
