CRPF Constable 2026 Salary Structure

Educational Qualification for CRPF Constable 2026 Recruitment
To apply for CRPF Constable 2026, candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria (as of 01/01/2026):
- Driver Post: Must have passed 10th and possess a valid Heavy Transport Vehicle (HTV) driving license.
- Mechanic Motor Vehicle (MMV): 10th pass with a 2-year ITI certificate in the relevant trade or 3 years of apprenticeship along with 1 year of experience.
- Other Tradesmen: Minimum 10th pass with proficiency in the respective trade.

Selection Process for CRPF Constable 2026
The selection procedure for CRPF Constable 2026 includes multiple stages to ensure the best candidates are selected:

CRPF Constable 2026 Exam Pattern
The Computer-Based Test (CBT) will be conducted for 100 marks and will include 100 objective-type questions. The duration of the exam will be 2 hours. Subjects included are:

- Mathematics – 25 marks
- Hindi/English – 25 marks
There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each incorrect answer.

Physical Standard Test (PST):

- Chest (Male only): 80 cm (with 5 cm expansion)
Physical Efficiency Test (PET):

- Male: 5 km run in 24 minutes
- Female: 1.6 km in 8.30 minutes
- For Other Trades (Cook, Barber, etc.):
- Male: 1.6 km in 10 minutes
- Female: 1.6 km in 12 minutes
Trade Test & Final Selection
The Trade Test in CRPF Constable 2026 is qualifying in nature and carries 50 marks, with a minimum of 20 marks required to pass. The final merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained in the CBT, provided candidates qualify in all other stages of the recruitment process.
