The revised results for the Junior High School Principal/Assistant Teacher Selection Examination 2021 were released on September 6, 2022. Initially, online applications for recruitment based on these results were to be accepted from November 15 to December 5, 2025. However, due to unforeseen technical issues with the server, these dates have now been postponed. Applicants can now submit their forms starting November 24, 2025, as per the updated schedule.
Vacancy Details: UP Teacher Recruitment
A total of 1,262 posts are available for direct recruitment in aided secondary schools across Uttar Pradesh. The subject-wise distribution of these vacancies is as follows:
- Hindi: 240 posts
- English: 145 posts
- Sanskrit: 99 posts
- Science & Mathematics: 455 posts
- Social Sciences: 314 posts

Instructions from the Secondary Education Department:
The Secondary Education Department has requested all districts to submit accurate details of potential vacancies in aided secondary schools by March 31, 2026. These instructions have been issued to ensure smooth coordination with the Selection Commission for the upcoming recruitment process.

Dr. Mahendra Dev, Director of Secondary Education, emphasized that districts must provide precise information regarding vacant posts. He further clarified that a certificate confirming the inclusion of all direct recruitment posts in the requisition must be submitted within two days. This step is mandatory to ensure that the selection and appointment process is conducted efficiently and without discrepancies.
