- Career Opportunities: Upon completing the training, women can work as LIC (Life Insurance Corporation) agents. Those who pass the Bachelor level will have the chance to become a development officer.
- Commission and Bonus: Women who are 10th pass will be tasked with selling two policies every month (24 policies annually). They will earn ₹4,000 per policy, along with a bonus, amounting to ₹48,000 as commission in the first year.
